The property is right in the heart of beautiful Schwäbisch Hall and yet very quietly located on the banks of the river Kocher and next to the city park.

Our rental home, initially planned to be a wine pub, has been completely renovated in 2013 and is newly furnished. Old components like wooden beams and traditional forged door armatures have been preserved and we invite you to feel at home in a harmonious mixture of modernity and tradition.

There are movie theatres, a puppet show theatre, the local Museum and many cultural activities organised by the local Goethe Institute.

Enjoy the traditional Saltmakers Cake and Source festival dating back to medieval times or visit Schwäbsch Hall at the end of summer, when the town celebrates the Night of Nights. The extended town park along the river Kocher changes into an enchanting sea of lights: 30 000 candle lights in imaginative ornaments and 3 500 lanterns are dangling from the old trees, evoking pure romance! This all happens right next to your holiday home.

For those who like sports there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the nearby neighbourhood like biking, jogging, boat rowing, playing Minigolf or swimming in the healing waters of the hot Solebad in Hohenlohe Hotel. There is a public swimming pool open throughout the year.

For kids there is an adventure playground just across the river and a small tree house in the garden.

Or you may just relax with a good book in your own little private garden.

Last, but not least we recommend excellent bakeries close by where you will find delicious German bread, Brötchen and Laugenbrezeln for a perfect holiday breakfast.

Equipment

The rental home is equipped with:

2 separate bedrooms with double beds and linen. There are large wardrobes in each bedroom where you can comfortably store your clothes and belongings.

There is a complete equipped bathroom with bath tube and shower as well as all bathroom facilities like towels and hair blower and a first aid kit. There is a washing machine for your use in the apartment.

The sitting room comes with a comfortable leather sofa, flat screen TV, music system and wifi Internet connection.

There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an electrical oven, a dishwasher and a senseo coffee machine. There is a large family dining table and tableware that serves up to 6 people.

There is a table and some benches in the garden.

Prices: Rental rate per day: 70 € up to 2 adults, children under 16 free

10 € are charged for each additional adult (limited up to 4 adults in total)

Final cleaning 50 €, for guests wishing to extend their visit a complete cleaning of the apartment will be charged after every 14 days.
